Our Mortgage Brokers
Based in our Hong Kong office, Shaun brings over 12 years of lending experience, including managing private banking clients at a Big 4 Australian bank. He’s passionate about finding tailored solutions for complex scenarios, drawing on his deep industry knowledge. A Melbournian at heart, Shaun enjoys traveling, playing squash, skiing, and relaxing with friends.
Charu has called Singapore home for 15 years and is well-known in the expat community. With a strong background as a Chartered Accountant and a knack for simplifying complex lender options, she’s dedicated to finding the best deals for clients. Charu’s love for cricket, Bollywood, and sports keeps her active, whether she’s on the golf course or cheering for her favourite teams. She also speaks fluent Hindi and brings a personal touch to each client interaction.

Credit Analyst
Criz joined the team in April 2022 and has been working in the banking and finance industry for the past 15 years. His primary role involves conducting initial reviews for clients and coordinating with both clients and lenders to ensure applications progress smoothly to unconditional approval. In his free time, he enjoys playing football and watching Netflix at home.
Doris Jaziel Lim
Operations Manager
Doris joined us as Operations Manager in 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience with major banks in Singapore. Known for her infectious positivity—whether it’s a “Terrific Tuesday!” or a “Happy Friday!”—she’s always ready to ensure loan applications go smoothly. In her spare time, Doris loves reading and finding the best hawker food in Singapore.
